As an imaginative and creative young child, art found me. Originally self-taught, I developed a vibrant, spiritual style. Over time, as I delved deep into matters of the soul with intuitive and spiritual work, a unique and immersive quality emerged.
In my creative process, I embrace spontaneity, allowing abstract shapes and colors to come together to form the image while listening to my inner guidance to reveal the unfolding story. I approach my work without rigid plans, allowing it to evolve organically and intuitively. Pouring fluids - acrylics, inks, watercolors, and sometimes embedding miscellaneous objects onto the canvas - I embrace the spontaneous emergence of abstract forms, listening inwardly for cues to reveal the unfolding story.
After a long battle to regain my health, I am now a thriving cancer survivor. Having fully recovered my well being and happiness, I have committed to a deeper focus on my art and intuitive spiritual work.
With so much stimulation surrounding us it can be easy to forget the essence of what is true and meaningful. Through my art, I strive to capture the peaceful harmony of my perception of the spiritual dimensions.
My process is rooted in extracting deep-seated imagery guided by my spirit. How we experience reality is a reflection of the inner self. We heal when we access the wisdom of our inner guidance. I wish to help people by sharing my experience and facilitating self-exploration and insight through my art.
My intent is to create inspirational art that deeply resonates, inspiring healing and encouraging viewers to listen to the messages of their soul.
Born in France, I moved to California in my early twenties and began a creative career as a digital artist including working at major Hollywood studios, Disney and DreamWorks. Through my professional work, continued education, and teaching at two prominent schools in Los Angeles, UCLA and Gnomon, l deepened my understanding of both visual art and communication, and expanded the foundation upon which my current style is drawn from.
In addition to my fine art, I co-founded and manage AvatarLabs with my husband. An award-winning, full-service digital creative agency, AvatarLabs has been in business for the past 20 years, and offers high quality, cutting edge digital marketing solutions for the entertainment industry and beyond.
